About me

Hi, I'm Wannachar. This site is a journal from the two worlds I've lived in for more than 20 years — the world of systems I design and build every day, and the world of people who make those systems real, or never let them happen.

I've worked in software development for more than 20 years.

My path began as a programmer, growing into system analyst, project manager, and lead business analyst — and today I'm an IT Platform Lead at a bank's technology company.

Along the way I initiated and designed national-scale platforms — from an idea on a single slide, through pitching on many stages, to leading the teams that turned them into systems real people use.

Outside of work, I buy books, read books, run in the mornings, and note what I learn here.

Technology changes every day, but people and systems barely change — and that's why this site exists. This site is the permanent home of all my writing — articles are in Thai on the home page.
